These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the commercial relationship between:

2. Business Activity
CannaSupply Sàrl specializes in the sale of smoking accessories, CBD products and cultivation equipment intended exclusively for authorized professionals.
3. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the CannaSupply B2B website.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
4. Professional Customers Only
Sales made through the website are strictly reserved for authorized professional customers.
CannaSupply Sàrl reserves the right to request proof of professional activity and to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Products
The products offered for sale include in particular:
- Smoking accessories
- CBD products compliant with Swiss law
- Cultivation equipment
- Electronic vaporization products
Photographs, descriptions and visuals displayed on the website are provided for information purposes only and are non-contractual.
6. Prices
Prices displayed are in Swiss francs (CHF).
CannaSupply Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice.
Volume discounts may be granted depending on quantities ordered.
7. Orders
Any order shall be considered final once validated by CannaSupply Sàrl.
CannaSupply Sàrl reserves the right to refuse any order in particular in cases of:
- ongoing disputes,
- payment default,
- incorrect information,
- suspected fraud,
- non-compliant business activity.
8. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to available stock.
In the event of an out-of-stock situation or stock error:
- the customer will be informed as soon as possible,
- an immediate refund or credit note may be offered.
The website may also allow customers to register their e-mail address in order to receive notification when a product becomes available again.
9. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods are:
- bank transfer,
- TWINT,
- PostFinance,
- payment by invoice subject to prior approval by CannaSupply Sàrl.
Invoices are payable within 10 days.
In the event of late payment, CannaSupply Sàrl reserves the right to:
- suspend ongoing orders,
- require advance payment for future orders,
- charge late payment interest in accordance with Swiss law,
- transfer the case to a debt collection agency.
10. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Switzerland via Swiss Post.
Indicative delivery times are 1 to 2 business days after shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the goods, approximately CHF 10.– per 30 kg.
11. Transfer of Risk
The risk related to delivery is transferred to the customer upon shipment of the goods.
In the event of loss, theft or non-delivery of a parcel shipped without signature confirmation, responsibility lies with the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to select a delivery option with signature confirmation if additional security is desired.
12. Returns and Claims
Any return request must be made within 7 days following receipt of the goods.
No return will be accepted without prior approval from CannaSupply Sàrl.
Returned products must be:
- new,
- unused,
- complete,
- in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in cases of error attributable to CannaSupply Sàrl.
Opened, used, consumable or non-resalable products will not be accepted for return.
Any claim relating to a defect, delivery error or missing product must be reported to CannaSupply Sàrl within a maximum period of 48 hours following receipt of the order.
After this period, the order shall be considered accepted by the customer.
13. Warranty
Electronic products generally benefit from a 2-year warranty.
Certain products may benefit from a limited 1-year warranty where expressly specified on the product page of the website.
The warranty does not cover in particular:
- normal wear and tear,
- damage resulting from improper use,
- product modifications,
- damage caused by non-compliant use.
14. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of CannaSupply Sàrl until full payment of invoices has been received in accordance with Swiss law.
15. Liability
The liability of CannaSupply Sàrl is limited to the extent permitted under Swiss law.
CannaSupply Sàrl shall not be held liable for indirect damages, operating losses, loss of profit or damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.
16. Force Majeure
CannaSupply Sàrl shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure events in accordance with Swiss law.
17. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.
The customer accepts that information necessary for order processing may be stored and used by CannaSupply Sàrl.
18. Newsletter
Creating an account on the website automatically subscribes the customer to the CannaSupply Sàrl newsletter.
Customers may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the e-mails.
19. Legal Restrictions
Products sold are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older.
The customer undertakes to comply with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations relating to the ordered products.
20. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction shall be Lausanne, Switzerland.
21. Entry into Force
These General Terms and Conditions enter into force on 01.01.2026.
